Best Ever Banana Cake
Are you tired of having to throw out bananas because they brown before you can eat them all? Well not anymore because now you can have cake, super easy to make and extra moist every time.
I have taken this cake to church fellowships and to share at work and everyone always asks me for the recipe and then they are floored at how easy it is to make.
My husband is not a fan of banana bread because he thinks it is dry and tastes like "old bananas," but he loves this cake because it is always so moist and delicious.
Easy, affordable and tasty!
2 large or 3 medium very ripe bananas
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 yellow cake mix
(oil, eggs, and water for cake mix)
3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In large mixing bowl mix the bananas and baking soda. (An electric hand mixer is great for this)
On top of bananas; mix yellow cake according to the directions on the box.
Stir in walnuts
Grease bundt pan (cooking spray works fine)
Bake for 50 minutes
