I found the cutest, yummy treat at Skippy's web site and I wanted to high light it this month & share with you. What a cute fast way to celebrate any day with these easy frozen treats! I was given Skippy Salted Caramel Creamy Peanut Butter to sample. It is the perfect flavor to also celebrate the on coming of fall & was perfect to try this recipe out on! This was super yummy & I will be making again & again! I hope you also enjoy! These treats are also great for entertaining!
The twist on this I used was white chocolate, Skippy Salted Caramel Peanut Butter & a teaspoon of Apple Spice. This gave a fall flavor!
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
8 large bananas, cut in half
1. In 1-quart saucepan, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Cool slightly; pour chocolate mixture into tall glass.
2. Place wooden ice-pop stick in cut end of each banana; dip into warm chocolate mixture. Spoon sprinkles over bananas; place on wax-paper-lined tray. Freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
This recipe is recommended for 16 servings.
