I have a teenager. And when her & her friend get together sometimes they have a big hunger for a heavier snack. Some typical teen choices are nacho chips & hot dogs. You can purchase Hormel's Snackers Southwestern Style Nacho Dip for fast homemade skating rink style nacho chips. Next is the idea of using Muscle Milk. My collage son works hard at a part time job & attends college. He does a lot of walking & exercising. This muscle milk is a great fast option when on the move when he does not have time to slow down for a snack. At 25g's of protein & lactose free this is great.
