I have been enjoying researching natural health remedies and sharing it with you. Next I happily bring you information on apple cider vinegar. This is a miracle liquid! It tastes sour of course but there are things you can do to make it go down better. I have been taking for now 2 tbps a day in the evening or morning which ever. But I want to go to 2 in evening & 2 in morning every day at some point. For now I have been doing only 2 to see how my body does in experimenting. It has been amazing so far! Now listed below is a mixture of my own findings that this ACV has helped me, some are ways I have heard from others who use it and lastly some I have found in researching it. I am sure there is more to this apple cider vinegar but this is a great start! I look forward to writing about this again in the future as I learn even more about it.
Tip: Try to get apple cider vinegar that is organic and with the mother as shown for example in my picture above. That is the type I use and suggest. But if you can not find it where you live the type at Wal-mart will do some good too.
