I love learning new things. Recently I was researching what benefits we can have by taking vitamin D supplements. I wanted to share with you some of my discoveries. Did you know that vitamin D can be difficult for the body to absorb from most food? If you take 2,000-3,000 IU daily( adult dose) of ( the most absorbent) D-3 it can make all the difference. Or get some sun! Getting enough sunlight will give you a natural source of D-3. Or eat some fatty fish. Eating some fatty meat when you take your D-3 supplement will help you absorb it better too!
Be careful because some medications can decrease your absorption of vitamin D, so check into that first!
