March is national Peanut month. What a grand thing to celebrate. Peanuts are so very good for you if you are not allergic to them that is! Some one whom I have always admired is George Washington Carver. What a beloved man whom I can't wait to meet someday in heaven and shake his hand (no give a great big hug) to. He is one of my childhood heroes I remember looking up to in the pages of history ( my top 5) . This man is such an overcomer & so brilliant. He lived the innovative life that no one but him and God saw coming & that so many admire & love to this day. Why even Skippy peanut butter owes a debt of gratitude to the inventor of peanut butter & many more things. In honor of Mr. Carver & national peanut month, I made my family some parfaits using Skippy's Limited Edition Creamy Peanut Butter with Salted Caramel that I think if Mr. Carver was with us today he would even enjoyed!
