Welcome friends! Tonight for dinner we had Malaysian Chicken Pizza for the first time. We made it homemade. My family LOVED this pizza. It was so different than what we are used to but it was the different we where looking for tonight. We bought a wheat crust which went very well with this type of pizza but you can use any crust you wish. Would you like to learn how to make it yourself? Below is what all you will need and how to make it!
Ingredients & instructions
3/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of corn starch
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon ginger powder
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons Skippy Peanut Butter
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
4 garlic cloves minced or garlic powder
Cook on low then turn up and cook on medium high for 5 minutes stirring then set aside
You also need crust
1/2 pound chicken cut up into pieces
1 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup Swiss
1/4 cup green onions
1/4 cup chopped spinach
Cook chicken in the oil. Then add the chicken to the sauce (once done) you have made & mix.
Lay out your most of your cheese on the crust. Add your green onions, spinach, chicken & sauce. Then top with some cheese. Bake & enjoy!
This pizza is excellent!
I received the Skippy as a Hormel Extended Family Blogger for free. All thoughts on the product are my very own.
