Now for part 3 we will be making 2 crafts. We will make two winter fashion accessories out of the sleeves of the sweater. You simply cut each sleeve we cut off the sweater in half. You will then have two wrist pieces & two upper arm pieces. We will be making with the more narrow wrist pieces some finger-less gloves. All you do is slid it on your hand and figure out where you want your thumb whole to be. Then take them off and cut and opening on the side of the glove. ( hint) I found out on one glove I cut along the seem and it does not unravel if you cut in middle. It unravels a tiny bit if you cut on side out right like I did in this picture either way works. You can always fabric glue the thumb whole too if you want but with mine I did not and it works fine!
Next just take and flip the edges inside to adjust ever long you want them and fabric glue in place. Or you can hot glue if you do not plan to keep them a long time. I wanted mine fluffy so I made it accordingly. These are so very comfy & warm & fast to make! No knitting or sewing.
While at it take the other half of the sleeve and make matching boot cuffs! You only need to really fabric glue the part your going to roll on the out side. Just the lower edge to prevent little ravels. The inside part that will be stuffed inside your boot you do not have to worry about unless you want to. Then just place over your jeans before you put the boot on. Put the boot on the roll some of it over the boot thats IT! Easy and done in minutes and it's so cute with the finger-less gloves.
