I love to craft. I love simple. You know I also love up-cycling. I took an used sweater and cut it up. This series will highlight 4 crafts you can make no sew, very fast & easy with an old sweater! The very first craft I will show you I made with the old sweater is a cute & stylish pencil holder.
You simply save & wash a spaghetti sauce jar. This is yet another great way to upcycle a household item that gets recycled. You cut the flat back part of the top of the sweater out to fit your jar and simply hot glue it to the jar!
Be sure to cut any extra fluff at the bottom so when you fold over & glue it is not to much so it sits flat. Press well into place.
Then in only minutes you have a stylish pencil holder! Enjoy. Be sure to follow & stay tuned to what else I will make with the rest of the sweater in this series. Be encouraged to sometimes use what you already have for frugal & cute homemaking.
Thank you for visiting today friends!
