I love simple & easy homemade meals. I am kinda like Sandra Lee who is simi homemade! I was happy to discover another one easy meal. I had never had tater tot casserole until a church fellowship gathering. My friend Renee made one. It was yummy for sure! I was thinking why not make one but turn it into a full meal! So I tried it out for the first time. I doubled the recipe because I wanted to make extra for my teens and their friends.
All you need for one pan is :
First cook your chicken. Chop it when done into tiny pieces. Melt butter. Add the butter, cream of celery, sour cream a cup of cheese, broccoli pieces, chicken , mix well. Add to your tots and mix until well coated. Pour into a pan and bake at 350 for an hour. During the last five minutes of cooking add cheese on top if you want more cheese! Note....also if you would like it creamer simply add more cream of celery in the mixing process maybe another half a can will do.
End result is an easy no fuss meal for your family that is frugal and affordable! Enjoy!
