Turkey Kabobs are a great low fat meal option for anyone! You can use Jennie-O boneless turkey breast tenderloins as your source of protein in the kabobs. This is a great meat that is all natural, low in fat, low sodium. You typically would not think of using turkey on a kabob but why not! It is truly fantastic. I love the clean taste.
I put my kabobs in foil with a little olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic seasoning. Very simple but a great flavor! Use what ever seasoning you like. Bake on 380 for 55 minutes. Or you can place these foil packets of yumminess in your slow cooker to have dinner on a busy weekday night! Arriving home to a nice cooked meal is so easy. You won't even have to wash the pot if you have the individual foil packets!
